How to lead employees through crisis - managing your organization during tough times

The war in Ukraine has presented companies and their leaders with a challenge seldom experienced before and barely addressed in the usual crisis management procedures. Whether you are the leader of a company or a department, you bear the responsibility for the physical and mental health of your employees when they are affected by a disaster such as this war. How do you deal with a disaster of such dimensions and support your employees in processing and dealing with it as well? How do you keep the balance between work tasks and overwhelming emotions? How can you support employees directly or indirectly affected by the war? In this webinar, we will address these questions and provide you with essential information and helpful strategies you can apply straightaway.

Join us on April 26th at 12:00 CET for a keynote presented by Natalia Braun, MSc, CCISM, a psychological counsellor certified in critical incident stress management. With insights and tips from clinical practice and psychological crisis interventions, Natalia will help you navigate these times as effectively as possible – maintaining work objectives while remaining humane and staying sane.

We will explore:

  • Crisis: what it is and what it does to the body and mind
  • How to maintain resilience in times of crisis and assist your employees in doing the same
  • Do's and Don'ts for dealing with crisis
